KING-CHANG tries to stop his staff from looking for KA-YUEN, threatening to fire them all. Just as he tells his subordinate to prepare the dismissal letter, YI-CHUN appears. KING-CHANG calls an urgent meeting, seeking to kick CHEUNG KEUNG out. LIK-HANG reports that the police have laid charges against CHEUNG KEUNG, and the prosecutor is SZE-WAI. SIU-WAH takes out a document and hands it over to LIK-HANG. It turns out that CHEUNG KEUNG gave LIK-HANG all his shares.
